Where does laLOOK travel to for parties?
We travel all over! We are based in Haddonfield, NJ just an hour from the shore and 20 minutes from center city Philadelphia! Depending on which beauty session package you are looking to schedule will depend on if transportation fees will apply, but they are reasonable just like our sessions are!
How can I afford laLOOK styling when we are in a recession?
We offer great packages and sessions for all ages and do not over charge like some salons may be doing. laLOOK is specifically targeting the everyday female to help bring positive attitude and mind to her natural beauty. We also use products found at local convenient stores that everyone can find and afford! Relax, enjoy, and feel beautiful! Leave the troubles to us! Plus, first time customers receive 10% off if they refer us to a friend and have them schedule an appointment!
How far in advance do I need to schedule a party?
At this point laLOOK needs at least 2 weeks in advance notice to ensure that all supplies and schedules are clear. If you need a last minute pamper session and want to try and call us we will not turn you away from doing so though! There is always a chance someone will be available to style your look for that last minute special occasion! Please just be respectful of travel distance and schedule conflicts, if it cannot work for the date you need we are more than willing to see if there is another date we can schedule.
Will I get a discount if you are not available for the day I need?
We cannot guarantee any date to any specific person if it is already booked and there is no one on the team to be scheduled for your session. However, always remember that the sooner you call to save the date you need the more likely we are available to pamper you when you want it!
How old do I have to be to have my make-up and hair done?
We recommend that all laLOOK pamper session customers be at least 5 years of age. Based on different ages we have put together different pamper packages to suit your party or event needs! When you call to schedule your styling appointment you will be pointed towards the package that best fits the targeted age group for your session.
Is there a minimum number of people for a group pamper session?
Yes. We require any group to have a min of 5 people. With sessions planned with your friends for special nights or events, the minimum mostly helps you out because everyone in your group can split the cost and save - compared to individual prices it's a great deal!
Why does laLOOK come to my house rather than have a studio location?
We come to your home to conveniently help you fit your session into your schedule! You will feel much more relaxed in your house and be able to enjoy the pampering rather than feel like you need to rush the appointment to leave and beat traffic before going out! If you would prefer to come to our location and that is more convenient, we are more than willing to work something out to work with your convenience if we can!
